Q2 2025: Emma Tohara, CNA

We’re proud to recognize Emma Tohara as our Employee of the Quarter for the second quarter of 2025!

Emma joined us from Charter and has been a standout team member from day one. Her loyalty, dedication, and work ethic set a powerful example for everyone around her. Emma takes on every task with a can-do attitude, never hesitating to step in wherever she’s needed. Her patients absolutely adore her, and it’s easy to see why—her compassion, attentiveness, and warmth shine through in all she does.

Emma has been a CNA since the age of 18, and her experience shows in the quality of care she provides every single day. She’s not only committed to her role here but also supports her husband by helping install systems for Vivint in her spare time. Talk about a hardworking duo!

Outside of work, Emma and her husband—married for 5 wonderful years—love spending time with their dog, Dori, and unwinding with their favorite anime series.
