CAREGIVER OF THE QUARTER
Amanda Richards is the finance manager at Refined Hospice and Home Health. She has worked in this space for over 20 years and knows all the ins and outs to navigating Medicare, and Medicaid to ensure the business’s financial success. Outside of work, Amanda is a twin, a wife, and mother to two beautiful little girls who are the spitting image of her right down to the curly hair and spunky attitude. Amanda is a HUGE animal lover and has 5 dogs and 3 cats. If she isn’t at work 9 times out of 10 you will find her looking at cat memes. We love you Amanda and thanks for all you do behind the scenes to make sure we keep the lights on!
